"Experience Ride" is a trading name of the sole proprietorship AURABIKE Yehor Korystov, registered in Poland.
We are the controller of your personal data within the meaning of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
When you contact us to book (via WhatsApp, Telegram or email): your name, phone number, email address, and the details of your request — dates, number of bikes or people, pick-up or delivery preferences.
When we hand over the bike, you sign a rental agreement. We write down: your full name, email address, WhatsApp number, date of birth, and your passport or ID document number. We do not photograph or photocopy your document — we read it and transcribe the number by hand, then return it to you immediately.
When you pay: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We only see the transaction result — amount, status, and the last four digits.
When you visit our website: we collect only anonymous, aggregated statistics (see section 7).

Consent is always optional. You can refuse it and still rent a bike or join a tour, and you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
On guided tours we sometimes take photographs that may later appear on our website or social media. We ask for your consent separately, in writing, before the tour. Refusing has no effect on your booking. If you change your mind after a photograph has been published, write to us and we will remove it.
We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf or as independent controllers:
We also disclose data to our accountant and, where legally required, to public authorities. We never sell your data and never pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
Some of the providers listed above are based outside the EEA, mainly in the United States. Such transfers take place on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Our website does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused tool hosted in the European Union. It records page views and clicks on our contact buttons in aggregate form only. It does not store cookies, does not create a persistent identifier, and does not collect data that would allow us to identify you individually.

„Experience Ride" to nazwa handlowa jednoosobowej działalności gospodarczej AURABIKE Yehor Korystov, zarejestrowanej w Polsce.
Widzimy wyłącznie wynik transakcji — kwotę, status i cztery ostatnie cyfry.
